The aim of this study was to demonstrate that the live attenuated CPV2 strain NL-35-D in Vanguard® 7 is able to help protect young dogs against a challenge with a more recently identified virulent CPV2c field strain.
NOTE: Vanguard® 7 vaccine is not registered in the United States. Although the vaccine formulation is slightly different, Vanguard® Plus vaccines in the United States contain the same live attenuated CPV2 strain NL-35-D as is found in Vanguard® 7.
